S. D (teacher) - 12/31/19

This "system" is by far the worse. Administration gets paid far too much for the little they do for education and Oregon students. Teacher qualification is a joke, the TSPC is understaffed, slow and expensive. PERS is a joke! Go teach in Siberia, their education system is more advanced.
